Grand Hyatt BGC Unit Improvement: Luxury Redefined

Globalhome and Builton recently collaborated on an interior upgrade for a high-profile client at the prestigious Grand Hyatt in Bonifacio Global City. The goal was clear — replace plain finishes with premium, statement-making materials to enhance the home’s elegance and personality.

A Statement Dining Room with Antolini Patagonia Original
The client’s main request was to replace the plain white dining room wall with something remarkable. They selected Antolini’s Patagonia Original, a natural stone renowned for its striking crystalized patterns and luxurious aesthetic.
The new accent wall instantly transformed the open-plan dining and living space. Once minimal and all-white, the area now radiates character and refinement, creating a visual focal point that welcomes guests with a sense of luxury.

A Kitchen Revitalized with SapienStone 4D Kuroca
The kitchen also underwent a significant makeover. Outdated countertops, marked with appliance rings and surface damage, no longer matched the unit’s high-end surroundings.
Globalhome replaced them with SapienStone’s 4D Kuroca, a premium surface known for its deep, marble-inspired veining and durability. The result is a sleek, modern kitchen that pairs visual beauty with long-lasting performance.
A Cohesive, Elegant Transformation
With the addition of these premium materials, the Grand Hyatt unit now feels more vibrant, luxurious, and timeless. From the bold dining room accent wall to the sophisticated kitchen upgrade, the renovation demonstrates how quality finishes can redefine an entire space.
